I saw strange beasts, warlords of this barren earth locked at each others throats, foaming mad by avarice, their feet dug in deep into the blood drenched soil and wherever they turned their eyes , carnage and plunder followed their trail, like insects, a plague.
Over a hill I saw standards waving in the wind, cracking like thunder in the cold breath of death as the final storm is rising over our earth, what began as a whisper will soon be screaming as dusk sets over barren fields and to the brink of extinction beats the banner of war.
A blistering shadow emerges on the throne to whisper into their ears, soothing, reassuring, threatening. Promises about filling the void inside man by commands to be held. My love, my lord, my god. Salvation. To be thrown on your knees and suck the sweet tranquillity out of the last lie.
The world turns and the night sky is ablaze by a crimson moon gazing down on mankind, illuminating our final madness. All is a haze of red and through the battlements walk the shadow, the bane of mankind as faces turns to see the ill omen burning in the heavens, the calm before the storm, a cry before the slaughter. And with my dying breath I curse this world.
Tonight.......
It's the night after the last day and the night before the first and the old sun has set.
He will never ride the sky again and tomorrow a new sun will rise and we will salute him and complete the circle.
Tonight....
Tonight nobody knows.
They are all sound asleep.
...ANOTHER SUN WILL RISE
Choose your path
Make your choice
There is but two ways
To crush - or be crushed
Crush or get crushed
Slay or get slain
Rule or get ruled
Domination
Or damnation
Those who have lived and died
Left this world in a state of despair
Evolved tools to crush and rule
But where peace never existed - and never will
Crush or get crushed
Slay or get slain
Rule or get ruled
Domination
Or damnation
A crude reality before your eyes
With brutal force - rulers the rule
Weak gets crushed - crushed into pieces
While executers climb the ranks
Day becomes night, night becomes day
Nothing changes, always the same
Evil forces, in control
Grinding their axes, wielding their swords
You have one life to live
Never let bastards destroy you
Never become the slayer
Never become the ruler
You have one life to live
Never let bastards destroy you...

The punk scene needs more of this. There are obvious comparisons to be had with Nausea and Sacrilege, but Flower stands on their own (and alone, currently) with this caustic, crusty, meaningful punk. Buy the LP/shirt bundle - it's a good price and you're supporting a good scene. X Wild Alaskan Salmonella X
Rerelease of this pummeling Swedish D-beat/crust LP from 2012, with the hallmarks of the style at its best— heavy riffs and righteous fury. Bandcamp New & Notable May 18, 2021
The Chicago punks seem intent on defying any hardcore conventions, focusing instead on communicating pure disgust for the rotting world around them. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jul 1, 2022

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
